Dr. Laura Fiore was an absolute gem caring for Ginger! She was so gentle, patient, and kind every step of the way. Ginger normally gets nervous, but Laura’s warm approach made her tail wag. She genuinely treats your pet like family, and her expertise shows. We’re so grateful for her care!

I’ve relied on Veterinary Emergency Group for several emergencies over the past five years, and their care has always been exceptional. They treated my cat Mio twice for urinary issues with compassion and urgency, always taking the time to answer questions and guide us through care. More recently, we brought in our other cat, Ginger, who was suddenly paralyzed and in severe pain. I called ahead to let them know we were on our way and asked them to be ready, and they were. The moment my husband arrived, the team was waiting and immediately rushed her to the back for triage, placing her on oxygen and giving pain medication. Dr. Casey McCabe was incredibly kind and honest, helping us make the most difficult decision with compassion and clarity. I was on speakerphone trying to catch a flight, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I could be present to say goodbye. We are deeply grateful for their urgency, empathy, and support during such a heartbreaking moment.

Great experience, the staff were all kind and knowledgeable. Kept everyone feeling calm, gave continuous updates. My fur baby ate an Apple Watch band and they quickly induced his vomiting and got most of the pieces out. I appreciate all their help.
