Great care, friendly staff. Making an appointment was very easy, we were seen on time. I felt my cat was in good, caring hands. Clinic located in a pet store which i found to be well stocked and run by a caring, knowledgable crew.

I called PAW for a price to neuter my new dog. All prices over the phone seemed reasonable and cheaper than most vets and I was happy. After getting there, I got a price much higher than they quoted on the phone. They put everything they can into the estimate, which I had to have them remove ( nail trim, microchip, a blood/fecal test) this was $100 more! Then to find out I couldn’t even go in with my dog! After his exam, I was given an estimate of $1,000 for the neutering. Once again had to remove many optional services I didn’t ask for. The new estimate was now $750. I was quoted on the phone $375 & a $90 surcharge for his age. I will say the neuter itself is $375 but it includes NOTHING! Like anesthesia or pain meds! All I can say is they seem like a low cost vet service but beware it absolutely is not! I did not find the receptionist pleasant and she seemed to ignore me when I questioned the estimate ( like I was bothering her). I do not recommend using them unless you are ok with being lied on the phone about pricing.

We came here to get our puppy neutered. My puppy is sketchy around new people. Dr. John and his assistant (wish I remembered her name) but they were fantastic with my dog Theo. They were so patient with Theo, especially the assistant. While my puppy didn't melt in their arms he was totally calm in there presence. In any case, the neutering was done timely and professionally. My puppy has recovered quite nicely. To be honest the price of the surgery was very good too. I went there because of the price. While I cannot say that I would ever go back because it is about 1 hour away from my house, if I was local, I would definitely use this place.

Had our two great Danes spayed and neutered there. Staff was awesome and prices were so much less than any Vet.
