By referral only, but may accept new customers under special circumstance. They are THE BEST, most loving, caring, courteous, educated and understanding team of people! They really know dogs and cats. Whether routine checkup, or serious illness, they provide the highest quality in care and support. They are a reasonable, wonderful and compassionate family of people that any pet owner would be happy to have in their life.

I love this practice!! It’s a small office with a home town family feel. Desiree has been there since the beginning till the end with all our animals. We are very lucky to have had found her many years ago.

My family have been clients of the Haven Animal Hospital in Malta, New York since 1994. They have been there for us every way that counts. We board our dogs there, they do annual physicals for all of our dogs and cats, they have been there for some very tough diagnosis and, unfortunately, have been there for us when we needed to make humane decisions for our pets. From the front desk, the vet techs and Dr. T herself, we have always been treated with kindness, compassion and respect. I've recommended friends to Dr. T and family members. Dr. T will not order unnecessary tests and she refers you to specialists when appropriate. I can't say enough good things about this business.

I’ve used this veterinary clinic for over 30 years for many family pets and recommended them to family and friends multiple times. Dr. Desiree is amazing with the animals as are her staff. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.
