Went there to have my mom's dog put to sleep he was very old and having seizures he had three in the waiting room we arrived early checked in and waited the last seizure was the end of his life. I went to the reception told them cancel the appointment he just died. We had been there about half hour and the appointment time was about five minutes after the dog died within 30 seconds of him passing the said the wanted to check him I said no we are fine he is dead. Then the vet came out and wanted to take the dog out back to listen to his heart and lungs. Again I said no he is dead they tried a third time so I raised my voice and said again no were fine he is dead. We had been there for 30 minutes while the dog seized no one checked him I heard the receptionist tell a vet shortly after we arrived that we were early but she had already done up the paperwork and printed the consent form. They were not busy at any point they could have handled this instead of the dog and my mother suffering more. Then wanting to check him after he is dead so you can charge for a visit I don't think so. My opinion very unprofessional and uncaring

Oh my god I can't say enough about the wonderful staff...they took us in emergency for my beloved dog Tucker and it didn't end well..he had to be put to sleep and the staff was so caring..I can't say enough about this place🩷🩷

Love the staff and the techs. Amazing people who genuinely care for your fur babies. They were there for me when I had to say goodbye to my best friend d of 15 years. Hardest part of my life and they were so good with him and me. Amazing 10 stars if I could.
